I Tried [Asahi Azumane x Reader] (1/4)

"Are you ready for your game?" You asked as you and your boyfriend, Asahi, were walking home from school.

Asahi hesitated to answer your question. Noticing his hesitation, you smacked Asahi on his back. Azumane was shocked with what you just did, but he did reply. "W-was that really necessary?" he stuttered as he rubbed the back of his back.

"For someone as timid as you... yes," you answered bluntly.

"[Name]" Asahi sighed. Though he looked slightly annoyed with you, you had a wide smile on your face. "You're so cute," he mumbled

"Well would you look that," you said slightly tilting your head. Your smile grew wider and your eyes brightened. "You're becoming very blunt!"

"H-huh?!"

"I never thought I'd see the day you'd compliment me in public. Well there's a first for everything. When did you become so manly?"

"I've always been manly," Asahi mumbled as he rubbed the back of his neck. It was dark outside, but you knew your boyfriend was blushing. You giggled at how timid your boyfriend. Sometimes you forget that he doesn't as tough as he looks. "So [Name], will you be able to go to our game with Date Tech?"

Immediately your face went from happy to somber. You didn't want to be the bearer of bad news, especially when you knew Asahi needed you the most. "Sorry. I need to help my mom cater for a party. But I'll definitely give you some moral support!"

Azumane was disappointed. It was all written all over his face. He was never good at hiding his negative emotions and this time was no exception. When the two of your approached your front door, Azumane said his usual goodbyes. But before he could turn around and leave, you held your arms out with a little pout from your lips. Asahi smiled at the cute expression you were making and embraced you. You smiled again and held onto your boyfriend a little tighter. You didn't want to let him go. At least not another minute or so. You knew Asahi felt the same when he kissed the top of your head.

But sadly you two had to part ways eventually. Mainly because your parents would kill you if you brought him into the house.

"I'll see you tomorrow," you said as you reluctantly pulled away from him. "Knowing me and my mom we'll make way more than we need. Come get some leftovers after the game."

"Ok I will, [Name]."

The both of you went your separate ways after your goodbyes. Once you got inside your house, you saw that both of your parents were in the kitchen cleaning the vegetables you have to cook tomorrow.

"Hey [Name]!" your father greeted as he rinsed some vegetables. "How was school?"

"It was fine," you answered as you took of your shoes. "I'll be doing my homework in my room."

"Ok! Make sure you're up early tomorrow," your other reminded you."

When you walked into your room, you reluctantly got out your books. Before you started your homework, you took out your phone and texted Asahi:
